Thank you. Erna did not have an obit for Longview. Her son was living in Kenai, and we assume now that she moved there too after her husband died in Longview.

The name of the newspaper for Kenai, Alaska is the Peninsula Clarion. I know you can reach them on the internet. I've spent probably half of my life in Kenai. I don't remember the name you are looking for, but the area has become quite populated in the past few decades. Good luck, Julia Weeks

I searched the obit file for the Peninsula Clarion and did no find one for Erna. But if you contact me directly, I can probably give you her son (Allen?)'s phone number. Also you can probably find it on a internet search.
