Does anyone have information on the Brantl family from Domazlice, Bohemia and later Polk Co, Minnesota? More info on parents? Date of emmigration? Here's what I've found so far largely per 1910 and 1920 US census data:

Joseph (Josef) Brantl (parents George Brantl and Katherina Unknown) was born 10 Aug 1863 in Domazlice, Bohemia. He died 24 Feb 1942 in Polk Co, MN.

Joseph married Rose Marie Novotny (parents Vaclav (James) Novotny and Elizabeth Unknown). Rose Marie was born 15 Sep 1869 in Montgomery Twp, La Seur Co, MN. She died 19 Aug 1965 in MN.

They had the following eight children:
George J (born Abt 1887 in MN)
William C (born Abt 1888 in MN)
Joe F (born Abt 1889 in MN)
Mike J (born Abt 1893 in MN)
Albert (born Abt 1900 in MN)
Helen (born Abt 1903 in MN)
Steve (born Abt 1906 in MN)
Elizabeth Rose (born 2 Nov 1907 in Tabor, Polk Co, MN)

can't help you with the Brantls, unfortunately. Just wanted to remind you (but you probably know about this anyway) of the many different spellings of that name. During my own research on our Lower-Austrian Brandls I've found a g-g-g-g-grandfather recently who's name was written as Prantl or Praentl (a with umlaut, pronounced like e in elementary).

Hello, my great great great grandma was Anna Brantl born about 1843 in Mrakov, Domazlice. Her parents were Jan Brantl and Anna Kapice. I would like to compare notes to see if our families are related - I am currently living in the Czech Republic and researching my genealogy.
