My G.G. Grandfather is John Haertlein; born about 1835 in Bad Neustadt and died 1891 in Emery, Wisconsin, USA. He married Barbara Anna Selig who remarried when John was killed by a falling tree. Spelling of the last name dropped the "a" and my Grandfather is Charles Hertlein who died in Seattle, Washington. My Grandfather had sons Clyde, Nyal, Forest (my father), Ron, Wallace (living), and daughters Irene and Virginia (living). I cannot find any mention of my Great Great Grandfather's father.
