Surnames: Richards/Gilmore
Patty Richards came to Tyringham from CT and was born 1798. She is reported to have married William Gilmore from Otis MA. I am searching for the Gilmores and can find no record. Patty's mother was Harriet Gimore from Berkshire County, MA and she was born 1801 and died 1875. Likewise, I can find no record of her. Can anyone help find these Gilmores?
I will be happy to help with questions about the Richards in Tyringham. Many of them moved to WI before 1850.

Perhaps the two who died on the same day were in an accident. That would be a clue to do some more research. See if you can get a local paper of that date for a news story.

Actually it was 3 people who died on the same day.
Maybe it was an epidemic?

The ONLY male Gilmore we know of is William! Thus, we don't know who is in our line. Thank you for the info but all we know is that William Gilmore was born in Otis MA and he married Patty Richards in Tyringham MA about 1823. We also have a Harriet Gilmore (1801-1875) who married Daniel Richards and moved to Berlin WI.
