Are there any DiCarlo's out there who's ancestors came over from the town of Corleone? Also I would like to know if there are any DiCarlo's related to a Costenzio DiCarlo who came from Corleone. One of his son's was named Biaggio and that is my great grandfather. Any body who might know anything please contact me.
Thank You

Richard,

My family comes from Corleone. I go back to about 1740 but none of my data contains any of the names you listed. Contact me, it may be worth it to both of us.

My great grandmother was Marianna DiCarlo. I have traced her DiCarlo line back to before 1700. I have lots of genealogical info from Corleone.

Hi Rick,

My Great Grandmother was Marianna DiCarlo, born in Corleone, dau of Domenica Campagna and Giacomo DiCarlo, son of Marianna Saporito and Giuseppe DiCarlo. I have the line further back, including detailed vital records from Corleone. I am also in contact with another DiCarlo relative who also has much info. I do not recall coming across the names Costenzio or Biagio though. Do you have any additional clues ?

-Gary

Hello Gary,
The only other names I have come across are a Costrenze DiCarlo, who married Bernarda Bruno and had a son Costrenze DiCarlo who married Calogera Sciortino. Costrenze and Calogera had 11 children. I have a picture with Costrenze and Calogera with all their children if you think you might recognize any of them I can email you the pic directly. Not sure if any of this helps.

By the way, this is Rick DiCarlo. I am logged on as my mother's account. Sorry about the confusion.

Hi Rick,

I recall coming across many Castrenze DiCarlo's in my LDS Corleone Research, but none are related to my DiCarlo's.
