I cannot find anthing about Elizabeth Trigger. I wonder if she was the Indian grandmother we alway heard about. My father's mother was Maude Fields, daughter of Robert Fields, son of Rebecca Fields, daughter of Reece B. Fields the son of Joseph Fields and Elizabeth Trigger. My mother was the daughter of John Henry Fields, the son of James Jefferson Fields the son of John T. Fields, the son of Joseph Fields and Elizabeth Trigger.

Hello Brenda,

Sounds like we are cousins.

Briefly, this is my Fields line;

My mother was Della Fields 1908-1997
My Grandfather was Amster Lee Fields 1879-1944
My G-Grandfather was John F. M. Fields 1845-after 1910
My 2G-Grandfather was William Fields 1824-after 1880
My 3G-Grandfather was Reece Fields 1796-1866
My 4G-Grandfather was Joseph Fields 1755-1823 and he was married to Elizabeth Trigger

It would be nice to know a little more of your line as descended from Joseph Fields as you have a lot more on his ancestors than I have.

Then 'hopefully' we can share more.

Edna
