MJ Norton,
This Coffey County, KANSAS Death info website you used, what year do they begin to list info? I am also looking for Nora Stumpf Traw's Father's, Death info. He, George W. STUMPF, died in KS in April 1930. Nora was living there in Coffey County still at that time, so we are assuming she would have buried him there in Coffey County, although we have not been able to find any Obit or record of burial, etc. If you can help with this also, I will be extremely appreciative.
Thank you,
Cecilia Stumpf Hughes
CA

I saw your post about Nona Stumpff. I had a great aunt by that name. She married a Whitmer. She is buried in the Wilson cemetery, Ellsworth county. Her father was George W. Stumpff and he also is buried in the Wilson cemetery. Do not know if this is the Nona Stumpff you are looking for.

Hi, Sorry I meant to reply much sooner.
I don't think so as that is not who my Nora Stumpf married. I have run into your family line before though while searching but do not know for sure IF we might be connected?
Thanks,
Cecilia Stumpf Hughes

Sorry, I did not get back with you sooner. My great grandfather was George Washington Stumpff. Born August 1836 in Ohio and died February 10, 1907. He is buried in the Wilson Cemetery, in Ellsworth County. His children are Cyrus, Samuel, Mary Collins, John Henry, and Virda Stumpff. His wife is Cynthia (McKee) Stumpff. George, Cynthia, Virda, John Henry, Cyrus, and Mary Collin Davis are buried in the Wilson Cemetery
