Looking for any info on families of Holowenczak from village Dobra, near Sieniawa. My grandfather Andrzej was born in Dobra in 1889, my father Michal in 1935, My unckle Mikolay was born in Sieniawa in 1903. How can I find their birth, marriage, death certificates or any other data?

According to family history THERE WAS Holowenczak Mikolay, Nikolaj, Nicholas?? born in Sieniawa, present Poland, former Austria-Galicia who emigrated to France either between wars or after WWWII.
