Hello,

I am related to the Babcocks of Milton, MA. I have quite a bit of information from the Milton Town Cemetary and a handwritted family history of Babcocks from the Milton Historical Society. I maybe able to verify the burial you mention. I don't think my line is descended through George, but it does go back to a Robert Babcock who came here from England about 1656. The next generation I have listed is Nathaniel who married Mary Field in 1710, not sure if this is accurate. I think this information is listed on the LDS website. Let me know if you want me to try and verify the Milton burials.

Did they have any children? Because I have a George Badcock married to a Jemima Spooner, and they were born I'm guessing around 1700 or so. Maybe your George was his grandfather.
