Hi to all Peschkes out there. I have a book and there's lots of us out there. I'll refer or scan the material if you like. It includes info from some rather old documents. Apparently the name originates in Silesia, pre-wwII Germany, now Poland.
Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris Peschke!
My mother is Ursula Johanna Peschke, we live in Argentina. Her father was Helmut Peschke, born in Berlin the year of 1900.
My uncle Hans-Helmut Peschke (deceased) had two daughters: Ilka Peschke, living in Hamburg and Ines Peschke living in Munich.

I would very much like to see your information. Hope to hear from you soon!

My daughter recently married Clay Peschke son of Victor Melvin Peschke of Texas. I would be interested in learning the name of your book and how to obtain a copy if it includes the Texas Peschke's.
I don't often read this board so please e-mail me at rhorne3195@aol.com

Information Please

Hello Chris,
I am trying to find out as much info about my family name as possible.
We are a small family who were based in Hull and I ony go back as far as my grandfather Fredrick William Peschke. Can you help?
Where do you live?
I understood that we were the only family in the UK and do not know how we came to be here.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Chris, I have been researching my family history and it seems my Great Grandmother was named Pesch, although this has not yet been confirmed. Orginally my Aunt Gert said her name was Paszki, but more sources point to Pesch, but maybe it was Peschke.
Magdelena Pesch b. 1857 Poland, Germany d. 1941 Chicago, Il. She actually lived in the apartment downstairs from me, but before my time. She was married to August Parchem. They had childern: August, Joseph, Julius, Elizabeth, Gabriella, Mary Parchem. I know little more. Thanks, Joe Jeka micromar@cais.com
