Seeking information on a Thomas POLSTER Family (D. 20 April 1835
in eggloffstein, Oberfranken. Thomas was married twice. His second wife
Magdalena KUTZBERGER and two of their daughters. Kunigunda (b 10 April 1821)
and Anna (B 15 May 1825) came to America in 1851. Settling in Spencer Co., IN with a
brother/son Johann George Polster, with another sister Margartha E POLSTER HUEBSCHMAN (B 10 April 1817)
living close by. A another Johann was also left behind in Egglofsteinhull.

Barbara, I don't have any Polster info going back that far yet. But if you let me know where you are starting from maybe we have some similar info to share.

Jeff, sorry to take so long, busy with another family. The Polster line died in the family with the marriage of the girls. There was Anna born 9/21/1878 and Alma. Alma married a Charles Zamastil 6/25/1910, this being my husband's line. Anna married a Karl Plach(k)e, don't know date, but Ill. 1910 census has them married. She did have a couple of children that my husband and brother in-law sorta' remember, but don't know when Karl died or did they divorce? She is buried in Mt. Auburn by Charles and Alma, but the name is Anna Thelen? Don't know when that took place. Don't know when she died, the cemetery (not the most helpful we've been at) said that she was moved there. Probably need to go and visit with them again as to when and from where. Thanks for your reply. I have information on Johann George Polster b. Jan 8, 1873 in Pretzfeld Bayern, Germany d. in Texas. His father name was Johann also. His sisters names are Margarete Polster, Bertha, and a brother name Adolph Polster. They all came to America with their parents.
