Beilke Family of Nebraska

I am doing some research for my father-in-law. We are looking for any information on an Albert Beilke who left either MN or WI for Nebraska. He had six or seven siblings who stayed in the MN area
They originally settled in the Shickley, NE area and then went to an area Northwest of Grand Island. Albert's wife's name was Lena and they had six children.
If you have any information on the family, it will be greatly appreciated.

I just stumbled across this site, and may be able to provide some info, but it may take me a little time. My parents, Gerhard and Frieda Beilke found out about the Albert Beilke's who were living I think originally in the Ravenna area in the 1950's. They went to visit them to see if they were related in any way. The Albert Beilke family had two sons (one is deceased) one was Daryl (I am not sure of the spelling...it may have been a more conventional spelling. I cannot think of the other son's name. One of the sons was a policeman in Grand Island. I may be able to provide more info if needed. J. Beilke

Greetings!
Daryl is my father-in-law! Dwight was the Grand Island chief of police and Daryl's brother. Their father was Albert, of Ravanna.
We are looking for information on Albert's parents and their travels from either MN or WI.

Hi. I am from Grand Island as well and my father, Tim Beilke, is Dwight Beilke's son. Dwight was actually the Deputy Chief of Police. Albert Beilke's father was also an Albert (who married Lena Brahmer sp? - her first husband died)and Alfred was his father, who is directly from Germany. Alfred's brother's name is Carl. Carl had a son, Gerard, who lived in Scotia, NE and was a weatlhy farmer. You may want to become a member of Facebook. I just joined and found 64 other Beilke's on there. There are SEVERAL people on there from WI.

I need to correct what I believe is incorrect info. I am John R. Beilke, and my father was GERHARD BEILKE (who immigrated in 1922 from Farbezin, Germany (near Stettin)...now the area is Poland. Gerhard's father's name was Herman Beilke. Unfortunatly, I have to advise that we were not a wealthy family. Gerhard did come to live with a Carl....in this case Carl Kriewald, his uncle, who was the brother of Gerhard's mother. John Beilke

I have a bunch of Beilke's on a tree. I don't give access to the tree, but CAN give you info if I can figure out how your Beilke's are related. Most of the Beilke's I have are in the 1700/1800/1900 time from from Germany to Wisconsin. I'm researching a tree for decendents of Lester Julius Beilke, b: OR.
