DAVIS

Mandy(or Mary) age 73 b. 1807 bp. Tenn
Van age 15 b. 1865 bp. Tenn

SMITH

Andrew J. age 30
Amanda J. age 20
Alex Davis age 17 (Brother in Law)
Henry age 6 mos?

Ok here's my theory: Mary and Mandy are the same person. I think a census taker just misspelled her name. I think Martin Davis (in the 1850 census) is the father of Van Davis (1880 Census) I also think Martin is the father of Amanda(Davis) Smith and Alex Davis(1880)

My GGGrandad was Martin Van Buren Davis so I'm quite(Although not 100%)sure that all these Davis' are related to me. I hope this filled in a few "empty spots"and I can connect w/ someone.
