The last two would be Edward and Ellen Lewis on 1871 census.
There is no 1851 census from Osgoode. Either lost or destroyed.
I did not find a death registration of any of the above peoples nor did I find a marriage for Michael Lewis.

Last name was transcribed as Ferry. I sent in a correction.
