Hi John, I see my g grandparents are named here, John and Mary E. Bowler. My grandfather is James Bowler who has a brother George, and another one who's name escapes me at this moment. My father is the son of James Bowler, John and Mary's son. My father's name is Norman James Bowler, and has siblings, Margery, Bernice, Joan, Shirley, Ken, Robert, and my dad Norman. My name is Karen Gail DePratto/nee Bowler.. email I would love to know more about my family. My grandfather came to Canada with his wife to be and they married at a church on south Simcoe Street in Oshawa. They lived on Park Road South for many years, which I was there more often than not. My grandfather married an Edith Pearl Loveland.

Mary Kizer is my great grandmother, wife of John Bowler. Both were born in Canada, and moved to New York, Redfield, Oswego. This is where my grandfather was born. They came back to Canada and I have yet to find out if they returned to the states. I know my grandfather, James R. Bowler and my grandmother Edith Pearl Bowler, nee Loveland, were both born in Redfield. My grandfather died in 1976, Oshawa, Ontario. My father is Norman James Bowler, who is still alive. There is my aunt Bernice who has asked me to writer her and put down all the information I would like to know about the family and she will try to help me out. My aunt Joan and uncle Robert Bowler are still alive also. There are only three that have passed on, Shirley the youngest died of cancer, Marjorie the oldest, died of natural causes, and my uncle Ken was a homicide victim in his own home. I would really like to hear from anyone who knew my family or has information about them. My email is I was informed that they lived in Hasting, my great grandparents did for a time. I am trying my hardest to figure out my family tree and make have to make an investment into some books, which I am sure I will not regret. I look forward to any information that may be available to me. My dad did have an aunt Lottie, and I remember visiting her above the Music store, where she had an apartment on Simcoe Street North in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. I have so many bits and pieces of memories. I think the music store was called, Wilson's Music Store. My email for anyone who would like to contact me with questions or information please let me know. Many thanks to all, Karen Gail Bowler
