I would like to know more about Angus McLean who lived in Chatham.
An Angus McLean was sponsor to the baptism of Francis Steele in 1880 so I would be looking for a Catholic McLean. The above Angus fits for that. I am wondering if Angus is somehow connected with Francis' mother Mary Grace Windle d/o Thomas Windle and Mary McLean of Richibucto, Kent Co. I believe Thomas and Mary may have lived close to Northumberland Co. around Pt. Sapin, Kent in the 1830's.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
