Surnames: Felts Binkley Richardson
Trying to locate my grandmother's father...she was born Clara Ophelia Felts to Mary Binkley on 02-14-1882. Somewhere in either Ashland City or Dickson Tennessee. I can find no records where Mary Binkley was ever married to a Felts or where a Felts adopted a Binkley child. I have no other information other than the last name of Felts. Any help anyone could give me would be much appreciated...thanks in advance!

This might explain things,Its possible That Clara Was Born Out Of wedlock And Her Mother Married The Father Later Or Someone else And gave Clara Her Maiden Name as a Last Name.
