To the best of my knowledge, the Kelly's from whom I decended were never in either Lumpkin Co. or South Carolina. My wife is decended from a differnt line of Kelley's. I have very little information on them. Her grandmother, Estie Marie Kelley Tipton, was born July 25, 1905. I believe she was born in Northeast Georgia. I have no more specifics, yet.

I have a lot of names and dates of Wiiliam Anderson's (1805)
decendents. I am just trying to fill in some of the missing pieces and find out where some of the branches lead to as well as research where the Cherokee blood comes into the line.
Additional information I have learned about Mary ANDERSON, possibly from Lumpkin Co. GA. He husband was Thomas Dillard GRIZZLE, b. 1875. Mary died in childbirth around 1920. She may have been from Hall Co. instead of Lumpkin.
