Surnames: Bergera
I think your Michele Bergera may have gone by Mike P. Bergera in Helper. Michele is the Italian equivalent of Michael. Here is the information from Mike P. Bergera's WWI Draft Registration:

Name: Mike P Bergera
City: Not Stated
County: Carbon
State: Utah
Birth Date: 28 Mar 1880

I've found some references to a M P Bergera in some of the archived newspapers, I will post those later.

1 Nov 1921 - The News Advocate pg 1

Double Rock store fire of 1919. Jennie Ariotti lost her case for damages against Mike Bergera Tuesday when a verdict of no cause for action was given. This automatically ended the several cases brought by the members of the Ariotti family against Bergera as result of the falling of the wall of the Double Rock store after the big fire of the summer of 1919 in Helper. One of the walls of the burned building fell over on the building occupied by the Ariott family, doing considerable damage and causing some personal injuries. Price and Fouts were Bergera's attorneys.

I was wondering if you had found the information you needed. My grandmother, Jennie Ariotti Borla was seriously injured when the wall came down on the family home. All her life she had the scares on her head from the rock wall falling on her. How on earth they lost the case is beyond me.
