hello, I have been here in texas for 4 years. my father is gilberto romo and my grandfather was benjamin romo...any relation?...I also have a couple of aunts and uncles....

WHERE EXACTLY IN TEXAS WAS YOUR FAMILY FROM? MY MAIDEN NAME IS ROMO, AND I HAVE AN EXTENSIVE FAMILY ALL BY THE NAME OF ROMO. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.

Monica, I believe I'm related to you. My unlce was Benjamin Romo. My father was Eusebio Romo. I have cousins upon cousins thoughout Texas. I want to find information about our family history in regards to Great Grandparents, etc. I believe their parents migrated form Spain. So, I'm sure its going to be a long search. Hi alicia, I have an uncle named benjamin also..my dad's name is gilberto and thier other brother is manuel romo from corpus christi texas.....my gtrand father is Benjamin Romo sr and i don't remember gramma's name.(but i'll ask daddy) I do know that they both came over from mexico when daddy was born in 45 or so but that's all i know.. i'll start asking daddy more questions,....i know grandpa had a few brothers still in mexico...i think monterey but i'll try to get names next time....i really want to find out about my history before dad passes.......maybe we can help eachother.....i'M 25 AND DON'T GET ONLINE MUCH BUT WILL ALWAYS KEEP MY E MAIL OPEN SO DONT GET DISCOURAGED......MONICA (CCTX)

I see you live in Corpus Christi. I live here too. Where is your Father? Do you have any contact with your uncle Manuel or Aunt Aurelia. They live here too. I know your Aunt Aurerlia knows a lot about the history because I was just visiting with her a few weeks ago when your Aunt Catalina was here visiting.

Hi, Yes my grandfather had an uncle who lived in the Victoria area (Juan Romo) whom died several years ago. I also remember him mentioning a Mary Padron from your area being his cousin. if your looking for a family with the last name Romo i know a very big one down in the valley. A majority of them live in Weslaco, Texas, which is close to the border. I am part of their generations
