Hi,

When we find actual physical addresses of ancestors. How can we find out if it's the ORIGINAL home that they lived in?

What exactly do you mean by an "original" home?

Rebuilding of homes (construction, tearing down the original house and rebuilding a new one), Changing of street names....and such.

You'd have to check city directories to track the addresses; then either Sanborn Insurance maps or title searches, to get a sense of what building was there.
