Hi Cindy,
You can find out how to purchase the book, , “A NO MAN’s LAND BECOMES A COUNTY”, by Flora Gatlin Bowles , Editor and copyright in (first Printing) 1958 by the Mills County Historical Society and the “MILLS COUNTY MEMORIES” copyright 1994 from the Mills County Historical Commission web site listed below

I am interested in finding out where to get a copy of a book titled "No Man's Land Becomes a County" which is supposed to be a history of families of Goldthwaite. A woman saw a picture of my ggg. Grandmother and said she had seen that woman before in that book. Oddly enough, one branch of my family *did* settle in the Goldthwaite area: Lena Mae DANIELL, daughter of Levi DANIELL and Mattie SCOTT, married Elmo WILLIS Sr. and died or was buried in Goldthwaite. Also, her son-in-law J. C. Rinker is buried there. Any info on the book or the family would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
