I am looking for people related to James Jacobson Smith and Mary Smith (nee Hall) who were married in 1884. They lived in Ballarat, Waterholes (Sebastapol), Napoleons and Smythesdale. Any help would be appreciated.

They are my great grandparents and they had 8 children - Augustus, Victor, Harold, Percival, Clifford, Stanley, Estelle and Irene. The unfortunate thing is trying to trace James Smith. Apparently his fathers name was Charles Smith. I was hoping anyone related may know of him, but with a name like 'SMITH', it seems very hard to find details about him. Their marriage certificate does not shed much light.
