What is the history behind Fox Funeral Home located in Grenada, MS? Who owned it? What year was it founded? Any piece of information is welcome.

Don't know the specifics, but I plan to travel to Grenada in June to the Fox Funeral Home. I do know that about 6-7 yrs ago it changed hands and is no longer owned by Foxes. It is my understanding that the last couple that owned it, husband had some drinking problems, children from Chicago came to get their mother, left dad, and sold business. I am hoping new owners will allow me to look at funeral records. Let me know if I can help.
My tree line begins with Wash & Polly Fox. Line of Foxes at Funeral home owners were distant relatives.

I am very familiar with fox funeral home , there are a lot of Foxes buried in Grenada. I Bury my Aunt in 2001 Lucille Fox she only wanted to go there. My mother was Annie Mae Fox who father was Hardy or Hardie Fox.
