I picked this up at a public auction in Pennsylvania and I'm going to sell it in my Ebay Store soon, Fishzlot Collectibles. As soon as I get a value from some one. I've contacted the German Army Museum in Dresden. Nobody, and I mean nobody, can tell me the value of this. If anybody else has ever presented one for public sale or view, that thread is gone. I exhausted the Worthopedia site looking for anything like it. I also have a similar one from 1902 for the 66th Artillery, with a different name, Han Gutmuller. Both Artillery Regiments. This one for Welz Fahr is the 29th Artillery, also known as the Prince Regent Leopold Battalion, or the The Royal Wurttemburg Army. The Crown Prince's outfit, which was broken up in 1915. Prince Leopold retired in 1913, and was recalled in 1915, leading Germany's defeat of the Russians in the East. After Russia surrendered, he retired again. The print is 18.75 by 21 inches. Market value unknown. Value to descendants; absolutely priceless.
