Albert is the son of John Freeman DAVIS and Sarah KEYS / KEYES and was born 29 Feb 1880 in Toronto.
Albert married #1 to Ethelina G CRAWFORD, dau of Alexander CRAWFORD and Alice 28 Nov 1901. They are found on the 1911 census in Toronto... no children at that time.
Albert married #2 to Jean LEECH, poss dau of Frederick LEECH / LEITCH and Margaret. Date and place of marriage unknown at this time.
Circa 1915 they emigrated to Brooklyn, New York where children - Grace bc Feb 1916 in Brooklyn, New York; Elsie bc Dec 1917 in Brooklyn, New York; Albert bc Jul 1919 in Brooklyn, New York; and Jean b ??
The family is not found on the 1920 United States census.
By 1930 Albert is back in Toronto.

In looking at the marriage certificate it shows his name as Oscar Rose (or Ross) Davis age 21. His parents are John F and Sarah Davis. Marriage was Nov 28 1901. I am working on the family genealogy of Frederick and Margaret Leech.
