Hello Michael,
Easter greetings from Ontario, Canada!
Do you have any more information about your ELLEN HARTNEADY? My great-great grandmother was CATHERINE HARTNEADY. I am trying to find out where and when she was born, who her siblings and parents were, and any other information available. I wonder if ELLEN could be her sister or even niece? Catherine married a MORRIS or MAURICE DINAN (spelled many different ways!) had at least 3 children before emigrating to Ontario CANADA in 1847. The names of her known children are: Michael ('Mick'), Catherine (my great-grandmother), John (these three were 9, 3 and 1 in 1847), Mary, Margaret, Timothy, James, William, and Elizabeth. Most of the children died while still children. Looking forward to hearing from you. Mary I

Hi Debbie,
My great, great grandmother was Ellen Hartneady. I was wondering if you had managed to find out anything about the family.

I am related to her son, William McGrath, who migrated to Queensland Australia.

Ellen seems to have married a Mr Coffey after William was born in 1850.

Regards

David Tonkin

Hi Clare not altogether sure who your Nan is. I know that you are searching for her brothers and sisters. Was she Nora Coffey who was married to Danny Coffey From Cronins Terrace, on Rock Street in Tralee?

Regards
Joanne
