I am having trouble determining when and how the first Bramhall arrived in America. I know a Sylvanus Bramhall was born in Plymouth, Mass. but I cannot find his parents (born in the late 1600's). Please help me.

Have you seen the Bramhall Family Genealogy by Frank J Bramhall 1903. In ti, Sylvanus b: 4/30/1712 d:1799 Plymouth, MS. Son of Joshua Bramhall b: 1683 d: 6/21/1763 in Plymouth, MS. Grandfather George b:unk-Eng d:9/21/1689 in Casco (Portland), ME died of wounds received in action with Indians the day.

To answer your question..The BRAMHALLs married the Warrens.
The Warrens, Richard Warren was a pilgrim and came over on the Mayflower.

Richard Warren (b. 1850 Kent, England)married Elizabeth March.on 1 Jan. 1591 in London, England. His first wife was Elizabeth March His second wife Eve, he married 1624. She was born in Fordington Dorset, England.

They had Joseph WARREN (b. around 1626 Plymouth, Mass. died May 4, 1689)
He married Priscilla Faunce (b. 1634 Plymouth, mass. d. 15 May 1701).
Their child was Benjamin WARREN (b. 8 Jan 1669/70 Plymouth, Mass. d. 30 May 1746 ) married 1st Hannah Morton and then 2nd Esther BARNES (b. 18 Feb. 1681/2 Plymouth, Mass).

Their child was Sylvanus BRAMHALL born Aoril 30, 1712 d. March 13, 1779 in Plymouth, Mass. He married Mercy WARREN (b. Jan 7, 1762 died March 21 1798 in Plymouth, Mass.

Their child Benjamin BRAMHALL married Priscilla Burbank ( I don't have any dates). Their child:

William BRAMHALL born June 27, 1797 Quincy, Mass. married Elizabeth SHAW born Dec 7, 1805 d. June 17, 1873.

Their child William T. BRAMHALL (b. Sept. 3, 1832 died April 3, 1891 buried Mt. Auburn Cemetery location:Lauburnum Path). He married Adeline CROWELL.

Their child was Elizabeth Shaw BRAMHALL, my grandmother, born Feb. 17, 1880 Boston, Mass and died Oct. 20, 196l. Buried Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Lauburnuam Path )
