You only key what information is on the page with the names. The pages without names are cover pages.

Thanks that is what I was doing. I just wanted to make sure I was keying correctly. I wish they would have scanned the images together so we could include all the information.

The second page image, which is defined as a Cover Page, will be available to Researchers. They will just pull up the name image and then go to the next page. We had a discussion re this when we first found some of these pages on the New Projects thread - "U S Military Registers, Marines - new question!" 27 Nov (have tried to post direct link and failed abysmally!). There don't seem to be that many of these.
