Hi, I'm looking for my great great grandfather(name unknown). My great grand father's name is John Haley from Washington County,Virginia. His middle name is believed to be Harrison. He was born around 1870-1880
in Washington Co,Va and died around 1950 and
was around age 70. He had one brother and
two sisters. What caught my attention was
the name HARRISON,which is not a common name
that I know of and the fact that his brother
was named William. Our family is said to be
of Dutch and Irish descent and mostly from
the western Virginia area. Please e-mail me
if you think we have a connection. Thanks.
My Haley relatives lived in Utica, KY in the 1
1800-1900 where they were farmers. They were
married into the O'flynn and Howard families
Some are still living in Daviess Co. and some
I have found in Todd County, KY
