So, the story goes...
Edwin D. James (born about 1850+/-1) was an orphan who lived with his grandparents until the age of 8 and then travelled overseas to America; to live with an uncle who lived in NY. Then as an older man he moved on to KS, IL, MO, and then settling in NE. He married E.Alice Bradford and had 7 kids. The unknown story we can't figure out, YET, is where he was from in Wales and what happened to his parents, and what were his grandparents names. Did they travel with him to NY? And what was the relative's name in NY? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
