My family comes from both Palermo and
Messina. Still have a third cousin and his
family there. There were nine children,
four male, five generations back. We have
data on only three of the males. Drop a

I live in Texas was born & raised in Philadelphia, Pa. my
Father name was Anthony Pino & Mother's name Mary Pino
my father mothers name was nicalina and father name was Jospeh. I tried to trace my family and beyond no luck was in italy last year I know they lived in Messina, but was told that
records distroyed because of the big earthquake that hit there years ago. If you have any information please let me know.

My grandmother is Guizelda Concetta Pino from Rometta, Sicily which is outside of Messina. Her father was Chicio(Frank) Pino and his father was Antonia Pino. She had a brother who lived in the Philadelphia, Pa area years ago. Maybe there is a connection at some point.

My gg grandmother ( Maria Pino) married Nicola Lopresti. They had 1 daughter, Maria. She resided in MA. Her sister, Catherine married Frank Pino (different fam) who also resided in MA. Do we have a connection? I have plenty more info on this matter. I look forward to hearing from you

I am trying to find some information on Maria Pino. I know she married Nicola Lopresti and they had one daughter, Maria Lopresti who was born 1/13/1898. Please let me know if you have any further information on my italian ancestors.

I have a line from Dominica(Margaret) Pino (b.abt 1884 d. 12/31/1944) who came through Ellis Island in 1912. Husband was Santo Donato. Ships manifest shows they came from Falcone, Sicily. Anyone with infomation please contact me at brinafangs@hotmail.com

Hi, My name is Diana Pino. I don't know where we are from. If you run across a Jerry Pino {Geronimo} please let me know. My mom said he was born in Denver Co. and his family is from Spain and New Mexico.

Hello Anthony. I was born in Philadelphia also. My Grandmother was Flavia (Florence) Pino Bertino. From Messina. Check wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com. World Connect Project: Spadafora. Denise has provided lots of family info there. Click on index and the the letter of the family name that you are searching for (P). There you will find 662 Pinos!!! Good Luck
