There are MANY (and I do mean MANY) Salvatore Campanella(o) to track. Where did your family originate from (MY Salvatore Campanella came from Monreale Sicily in 1898) and what year did they come to America? Maiden name for Lena?

Our Salvador Companello arrived Dec21,1922 at Elis Island on the boat Tivives. 1920 Census puts Salvador,Lena,c. Ross Tantee which is my Husbands G.father, c.Philip Zanpelli, c.Peter Zanpelli. Est.birth is 1885 for both Salvador and Lena and died in Calf no dates. We are at a loss. Thanks for responding.

Son Ross Tantee b.1900 in New York-f.Ross Tantee abt 1885 was killed in New york working on the rails, Lena then married a Zanpelli-divorced or died,not sure and then Salvadore Companello and ended up in California. We have no maiden name on Lena nor any other information except my husbands father remembers his grandmother and her name as Lena. Thanks for any help
