Do you have any other information on Providence Scott? I am trying to find information on John Scott who died sometime between 2 Dec 1726 and 30 Jul 1727. In his will, money was paid to a Providence Scott, so I am not sure if this was his sister, a sister-in-law, or someone else. Any information would help. Thanks.

I too am looking for Providence Scott, who I believe constructed the stone farmhouse I purchased in Chadds Ford, PA. I can tell you that Providence Scott was a man and died about 1754.
