I am seeking anyone with information on Frederick Wilms, a Prussian, who lived in Neu-Osterwick and worked in the Schultz Factory.

He was married to a Rabenhorst.

My mother's maiden name was Wilms and her parents were from the village of Neu-Osterwick. I am hoping to go there in 2013. Do you have any information related to Wilms's in that town?

WOW! That will be an interesting trip!!!!! I know very little about Frederick Wilms other than he was Lutheran and from West Prussia. He worked (and apparently lived) in the DB Schultz Agricultural Managufacturing facility in Alexandervosk.

He married Helena Rabenhorst and their daughter Helena Wilms married my Great Grandfather Peter August Sommerfeld. They came to Canada in 1912.

If you find anything I'd love to hear from you. Without a location in Prussia my research on Frederick Wilms is at a total standstill!!!
