John- is that Yupp or Yopp?
If it Yopp-R.W.Yopp lives here in Sneads Ferry N.C.He works at the Clam Digger Resteruant. My sisters husband is Robert J.Yopp. I'll wait for your reply.

E. J. (Edward James) Littleton married Susan M. Huckabay Littleton in Burleson Co., TX, 1866. Any connection?

How far back where you looking? I live in Sneads Ferry NC onlsow co. Yupp is spelled Yopp. And there are Littleton, and Justice in the family. This is very old family. There is a historical church that was founded by this Family. And there is a Book written by a Emma Yopp Murry I beleive she is still living that she has been working on for yrs. and yrs. Very up to date. A really good reference. Iam also, related throw marriage many times in this family of Yopps have done reserch. Not much on Littleton thow.

Are you talking about the Christopher "Kit"Stephens , schooner & land owner at Swasnboro & later moved to ner RIchlands, Onslow Countyh, NC?? I have lots of info. on his ancestors & later.

I have a Lena Marie Littleton marrying a Richard Tilly Webb in my family tree.
Her parents were John W. Littleton & Rita W. Young. John & Rita had 6 children and Rita's mother's first name was Katie.
Do we have a connection?

I hope you are still here! My husband is related to Kit Stephens from Richlands. We are in Onslow County now and cannot find much of anything on this family. I would love to share with you. His ancestor is Kit's daughter Margaret Ann Stephens who married Charles Findeison. We took graveyard pictures today, including another CC "Kit" and his wife, Minnie Stephens, and their son Raleigh. This Kit died in 1940. I need to tie up these family threads. Hope to hear from you soon.
