Caney Creek Cemetery - Bossier Parish

Does anyone on this message board know who owns the property that Caney Creek Cemetery rests on? It is grown up and badly needs clearing and cleaning up on a regular basis. There is an elderly woman that needs access and a way to be driven all the way to the gate of the cemetery from the main road which is estimated at near a mile. She is not able to walk that far and wishes to pay her respects to her grandfather. Here is what the cemetery looked like in February 2012 and is probably more grown up by now.

I do not live close enough to help her with this but am appealing to anyone reading this for help in resolving her problem.
Thank you.

Have you tried to contact the local parish government or the local tax assessor for information about the landowner?

Need good driving directions and nearest physical address for best assistance in finding the landowner contact for this cemetery.

I have this information from a Find A Grave:
GPS coordinates N 32 degrees 48'42.0"
W093 degrees 37'45.0" contributor and this:
Caney Creek Cemetery is on private land in Rocky Mount, Bossier Parish, Louisiana, just off Seven Pines Road.
And from a third party that visited there back in the Winter I have this information:
My wife and I found the cemetery only with the help of the Bossier Parish Sheriffs Department. We were visiting the Rocky Mount Cemetery and started talking to the local patrol officers asking about Caney Creek Cemetery and its location. The officer contacted the dispatcher and she gave me directions to the cemetery which is on private property and with no signs on the main road to give directions to it. I will do my best to give you directions to the cemetery which can be tricky to get to. As you come south out of Plain Dealing, turn left onto Highway 160 near Rocky Mount, continue east to Seven Pines Road and turn right. You will go south about two or three miles. Keep looking to the right for a forestry gate that will probably be closed. There are several of these gates along Seven Pines Road but the one you are looking for will be on timberland that was cleared about a year or so ago. You will probably have to park at the gate and walk a mile or so into the field. The dirt/gravel/grass road my be hard to distinguish now that all the timber scraps are covering it. When you go through the gate follow the dirt road and it will tend to go to the left for a while before turning right and going into the cemetery. When I was there earlier this year, the under growth was low enough to see some of the taller headstones and the large post that mark the entrance to the cemetery. You could actually look back toward the main highway and see where you were parked. Now, however, I believe the new growth has blocked that view back to the highway. The GPS coordinates are N 32 48' 42.0", W093 37' 45.0" if this will help. There may be some small blue signs out in the field that point to the cemetery if they haven't been removed.

A Facebook friends said that: "It is my understanding that Larry Deen Bossier Parish Sheriff owns Caney Creek Cemetary."
