Have noticed surname Jerchow in the Brandenburg, Prussia Emigration Index which is currently searchable for free at ancestry.com.

Clayton Jarchow's mother was Annie M. Hughes, baptised at St. Nicholas RC church in Freedom Wisconsin, ABT 1863. Died Sept. 1949 in Jackson Co., Missouri.

Annie Hughes parents were Owen Hughes (died in the Civil war) and Isabell McCann (1837-NJ-1920-Illinois).
