Friends, I have researched my Kluge line and have data going back to Glauchau Germany through Denmark. I have several unanswered questions and would like to discuss with any of you Kluge's who may have answers. Please email me and I'll be happy to share what names I have.

Hello. thanks for the invitation. I am seeking info on Frederick William Kluge (b. 1822 Germany) and wife Charlotte (Miller) Kluge (b. 1829 Germany). Don't know what city. (Charlotte's parents were Christian and Louise Miller.) They were in Hamburg, NY, and Buffalo, NY, area since 1860s. At least 9 children: Augusta, Frank, William, Frederick, Caroline, Charles, John, Helena, Mary. Family lore says name originally was Von Kluge. Thanks, Bill Linehan.

I show a Carl Friedrich Theodor Kluge born November 11, 1822. I don't know if he was born in Glauchau or not but show him to be a brother to Gustav Clemens Kluge born 1826 in Glauchau Germany. The names are different so may not be a match but want to get back to you with this data.

My husband's mother was a war bride during WWII. She is deceased now and so much info went with her. Supposedly she left a daughter in East Germany when she came to Indiana in 1950. Another name, maybe a father or brother, is Max Ernest Kluge. Would really like to know more about them, if anyone can help? Please email me.
