Help translating old English will PLEASE!!

Hi, I bought this document from the National Archives, but unfortunately I have no idea what it says! I can't read the old English gothic writing used, I can make out bits and pieces but I'd really love to know what the entire section says. I'm only interested in the part relating to the Rev. James Toll Hutchins, my 5th great grandfather. Ancestry won't let me upload the file, it's in .pdf form, so if you are able to help me I can email it to you unless there's another way to upload it. Thankyou in advance!

Thankyou!! Like I said in the previous post, it's a PDF file but I have attached it to James Toll Hutchins in my tree, I think he's a common ancestor of ours. this is the link to his profile:

Thankyou for your help, I've had most of my family look at it but we can only make out a few words here and there, mainly city names and other names haha.

Hi Emily
Yes, James is in my Tree. He's my daughter's 4th great grandfather.
I've had a go at deciphering the Will and have attached my comments to James in your Tree. See what you think and let me know.
I enjoy challenges like this!
