I will talk to my parents about this they were both near there when it happened. Do you have any other names connected to the name your looking for?

Email me direct if you want.

All I could find is that Frank lived at 276 Sumpter Street, Brooklyn New York.

I am attempting to find more out but have not had much luck.
I am searching for information on Benjamin Walling who was the captain of the James Healing which was also destroyed on that day. He was also a resident of Brooklyn.

The South Amboy Citizen newspaper is online. Since you know the date of the explosion you can check the papers by date for news articles since the site is not searchable any other way. Good Luck!
