United States War Department Press Releases

In the press releases there are frequently several names and ranks of other people on the press release- but the instructions state not to include the person's commanding officer.
I have been including all the names and ranks shown on an image, like other soldiers who were "witnesses", brothers, nurses, etc.
Are we supposed to be keying only the name of the main person on the press release and his family, or all names on the press release?
