My grandmother was Margaret McWillie McCullough Childs. After my grandfather was killed she married Dr. McFarland Long. His wife died young and he may have had a son. His family may have had some ties to Cottonwood plantation or it could have been some of my grandmothers family who had ties to it. Is anyone out there familiar with any of these names.
