I had spent hours in the Woodland Memorial Cemetery on several occasions trying to find our ancestors who are on the Woodland Cemetery list.
Last week I found that they are actually buried in the Meyers Cemetery in Woodland Twp. on the East side of M-50, southeast of Lake Odessa. Meyers Cemetery isn't even on the Cemetery list. It is mowed, but more than half of the remaining headstones are broken and/or stacked by a tree.
Is there a list of the people who are buried in Meyers Cemetery? It's impossible to tell from the Woodland combined list who is in which cemetery.
I didn't try to document them but photographed some of the markers.
