I am looking for any info I can on Vincenzo Oliveto born in Cosenza, June 1, 1879. His parents were Dominic Oliveto and Felicia Accipyra. Vincenzo came to America through Ellis Island about 1899 where his name was changed to Levito. He lived in Philadelphia, PA where he married Philomena Gavio (also from Cosenza). If anyone has any info on these families, please email me. Thanks! Deanna Levito/Oliveto

My great-grandfather Frank (maybe Francesco) Olivette (name change) was born in Muro Lucano, Basilicata around that time. He settled in the NY-NJ area in the 1890's. His son Joseph stayed in NY while his brother Michael settled in NJ then PA. Any connection?
