I am looking for Robert Broadfot Bark from Worcester. He had a sister Sarah Broadfoot Bark who has been listed on the marriage database. I wonder if the person listing this mariage has an interest in the Bark family hat I am looking for?

I am researching my tree and one of the people I am wanting information on is Sarah Bark who was my ggggrandmother.
She married George Thorp in 1815 and one of her children was Ann Thorp who married Joseph Mousley in 1843. They were from Worchester, UK.

Do you have any information on these people?

I am trying to find their parents, grandparents.

Terry,
I do have a Sarah Bark in the line, but the first Sarah I am aware of was Sarah Broadfoot, who married Robert Bark in Worcestershire in 1809. They had a daughter Sarah Broadfoot Bark in 1816 in Ludlow, who must have died because I believe they had a second Sarah in Warwickshire in 1819. There seem to be many, many Barks around Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and many with the same given names. I'm sure they are all related somewhere way back, but I can't trace it all yet.

Thanks for the information. It would appear my Sarah was born around 1790 as she married George Thorp in 1815 making her 25 years of age. So if she married earlier and that was the case she would have been born between 1790 and 1795.

This makes her too old to be the Sarah's you have mentioned.

So back to the records and more detective work.

Thanks for the reply.

Regards,

Terry

Your Sarah could have been a sister to my Robert. I think that it is possible that Robert was born in 1781 in Foleshill Warwick. There are so many Barks around WOR. WAR that it is hard to sort them all out.
