Do you know where Billy Cole was from originally? I had a cousin by that name from Jefferson County, NY. His father was Carl Cole. Mother's name was Lucille. I've lost track of him but may be able to find out more about him. Why are you looking?

On the slim chance that we have the same John
Cole, here is what I know about my 4th
g-grandfather, John Cole. He had a daughter,
Nancy, who married John Hazelwood. Their
daughter, Maria, married Martin Hayward.
Maria was born,1811 in Campbell Co., VA I
found 4 John Coles on the 1790 VA Federal
census.Let me know if any of this connects.

4. Mercy b. 1731, 5. Patience b. 1733,
6. Nathan b. 1734/35, 7. Amos b. 1737,

"My" line is from Timothy, who married Hannah

My oldest relative to John Cole was a John Cole b. June 15, 1975 at Culpepper court house in Virginia.

Do you have any other information other than what was listed here about any of the sibilings or their children? Could one of these have had a son John? I have been told my John Cole's family also came from Wales. I have come to stone wall with this John Cole. Can't find aything further back.
Help if you can.
