I have a Luise Eichhost born 1842 in however. married to Martin Bethke born 1812. They settled down in Amelin, Lublin area, Congress Poland. I do not know, where they came from.
Saw some Eichhorst i n Lobsens, Posen.

I'm looking for information on the Eichhorst family of Poland. I believe your Uncle Patrick had been doing research on the family tree before he died a few years ago. My great-great-grandmother Henriette was an Eichhorst. She was married to Christian Henig, also of Poland. Her parents were Martin Ludwig Eichhorst and Amalie Teresa Barleben. Did she have a brother named Ludwig as well?

That is so weird because Bethke and Eichhorst are our surnames too... hmmm. but different first names. Bethke was a step father though.

I don't have any information on her siblings, sorry.
