I have looked at all these messages about the Glodo's and thought i would share some info. My great-grand father was Albert Glodo one of the duck-call makers. (I have a book on all the Glodo duck people.) My grandfather was Henry Glodo, a rail-roader. My widowed grandmother lives in southern IL like all the other Glodo's. Feel free to post me a message with questions

Do you have any information regarding the descendants of Joseph Victor Glodo, Jr., and his wife Amanda Emeline Woolrick? They were married 23 Dec 1874.

I am the great, great, great granddaughter of Joseph Victor Glodo who was born in France. My grandfather was Harding J. Glodo of Murphysboro, IL. I am trying to compose a small family history for my sister and I about where the Glodos immigrated from. Anyone with information on Joseph Victor's parents and where they were from would be helpful.
Thank you.

Hi, I would be interested in information on Mary Matilda Glodo who married first, John Dorway, and then James Edward Franklin. Any information on their descendants would be greatly appreciated.

I am the 2nd Great Grandson of John Nicloes Glodo and the 3rd Great Grandson of Victor Glodo Sr. from France. I would love to communicate with anyone about the Glodo family in Grand Tower and Fountian Bluff, IL. I have been to Murphysboro a number of times and would love to meet any relatives there.
