I have a photo of two children identified as Thos. and Marie Haessly taken in 1906. The photo album was my great grandmother's. Her maiden name was Fowler and married name was Ridel. She lived in Lakewood, Oh.with her husband but grew up in Centralia, Ill. I am not sure of the location of the photo. But assume it would be from one of the two locations.
I will be happy to share the photo with anyone interested in this picture. And I would be happy to know how these people are connected to my family.

How old do the children look? Could it be that the girl is Mari and not Marie. My grandmother, Mari Haessly, was born in 1904 in the Lakewood, OH area. She had an older brother, Thomas.

I will make a copy and send it to you and I can send you a digital file so you will have it to make more copies of. Send me your postal address for teh hard copy and an email address for the digital file.
I suspect your ancestors were either neighbors or family friends somehow. Can you give me more information on the Haessly family as to their residence. Was it Centralia, Il.? Do you know what business their parents were in?
The Fowlers were in the Hardware business in Centralia.
Edward Frank Ridel and my grandmother Matilda Ridel nee Fowler lived in Lakewood and Edward worked as a buyer for a hardware store there.
Just trying to conect the dots.
Thanks for your reply. Looking forward to your reply.
